KELEGANT PET MEMORIALS STORE POLICIES

ORDERING INFORMATION:

  • Each item you order is custom made and therefore cannot be stocked.  All orders are based on a first come, first served basis and will take 5 to 10 business days to complete depending on the current workload.  If your order is expected to take beyond 5 – 10 business days to complete then you will be contacted.
  • You may order and pay online.  Currently PayPal is the only accepted method to pay online, you can pay through your PayPal account or use PayPal to pay with a major credit card or pay with your debit card.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Applicable taxes are extra for orders shipped within Canada.
  • International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur tax and duties in the customs process of the destination country.  You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.

RETURNS:

  • Because of the “custom” nature of our business we cannot accept any returns.  If we make a mistake, we will replace the item and ship it at our expense or refund your purchase.  We ask that you carefully review the proofs for spelling or other inaccuracies.  If you approve the proof with an error then we will not be responsible.
  • Regarding natural items such as river rocks and stepping stones, no 2 are alike nor are they completely free of natural flaws and imperfections therefore they may not be returned for this reason.  All natural items are carefully hand picked for their character, shape and carvabiltiy to ensure you receive the best product we can supply.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders.
  • We ship to Canada and the United States in most cases via Canada Post.  If the item is glass then it is recommended that the item be shipped via FedEx as no other carrier will insure such an item.  Although we take great care in packaging accidents can happen and if you choose to not ship via FedEx and opt out of insurance then we are not responsible for any damages.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • By placing items in your shopping bag and completing the secured checkout process, you as a customer of Kelegant Sand Carving Studios have agreed to purchase the items that you have selected and agreed to authorize Kelegant Sand Carving Studios to charge the total amount.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • We collect personally identifiable information like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors.  The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to our mailing list.
  • Kelegant Sand Carving Studios uses an online shopping cart powered by WooCommerce.  All of the personal information that is collected for the purpose of creating a customer account is transmitted via secure HTTPS protocol.
  • Kelegant Sand Carving Studios does not collect personal financial information from online customers.  The only method of online payment is PayPal.  Kelegant receives your payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
